The selected candidate will work on the development, characterization, and modeling of organic solar cells.<\/p>\n<h1>\u00a0Research Focus<\/h1>\n<p>The project aims to advance the understanding of physical mechanisms governing the performance and stability of organic solar cells, combining experimental techniques with physical modeling and data analysis.<\/p>\n<h1>Key topics include:<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Device fabrication and characterization<\/li>\n<li>Electrical and optical measurements<\/li>\n<li>Degradation and stability analysis<\/li>\n<li>Interface engineering and defect physics<\/li>\n<li>Data-driven modeling and simulation of device behavior<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Candidate Profile<\/h1>\n<p>We seek a motivated and curious researcher passionate about renewable energy and materials science.
