Thin Film Fabrication Laboratory (335)
NEPHOS’ thin film fabrication laboratory (234) is mainly dedicated to the fabrication of solution-based thin-films and full semiconductor devices, with special focus on organic materials and organic solar cells. The equipment infrastructure in this lab includes:
